Get your staff AGCO certified by training together, as a team. Our program takes a practical and compassionate approach to retail liquor sales in Ontario, where students are able to receive instant feedback. Certification is valid for 5 years upon successful completion.

One-Day, In-Person Workshop
Staff and Management will take part in a comprehensive training and tasting program designed to increase sales through better customer service. Topics covered will include; wine, beer and cider knowledge, non-alcoholic beverages, shop theft, Ontario liquor rules & regulations and much more. Students will receive a custom workbook and a complementary wine glass.
