Brittany and Tim are two passionate sommeliers in Ottawa who bring a wealth of experience from different sectors of the beverage industry. Together, they form a dynamic duo at SommWise, where they strive to make wine education accessible to businesses across Ontario through their informative and inclusive approach.


  • Co-Founder, DipWSET

    Sommelier & Hospitality Pro with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Brittany possesses a deep understanding of customer service and the intricacies of the fine-dining experience. She has a knack for creating seamless beverage pairings with a focus on Natural, Organic, Biodynamic, and Sustainable Wines.

    Look how happy I am in that picture! Oh right, this is supposed to be in 3rd person. Tim is the best! He’s been in the wine & spirits industry for the better part of two decades (he can’t possibly be old enough for that to be true!). He was previously a Product Consultant for the LCBO and is now an instructor at both Fine Vintage ltd. and the Vendange Institute. Cheers!
